Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Talking Stage account. Talking Stage is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

Use of the App

Talking Stage is a personal journaling tool. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, a dating service, or a messaging platform.

Your Content

You are responsible for the content you add to your journal. Do not use the app to store unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. You retain ownership of the journal content you create. Awo Labs owns the Talking Stage app, brand, and all associated software, design, and trademarks; no rights to these are granted to you beyond the limited right to use the app as intended.

Subscriptions

Talking Stage Plus is optional and unlocks extra personalization and reflection tools; core journaling stays free. Plus is offered as a monthly subscription ($2.99/month) or a yearly subscription ($19.99/year), billed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your payment method will be charged for renewal within that 24-hour window. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.

Termination

You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awo Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Availability

We aim to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will always be error-free.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the app from.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
